So is Pokemon Go essentially a sneaky exercise app?
So is Pokemon Go essentially a sneaky exercise app?
Sorta! It’s a way to gameify collecting mapping and walking data from people, actually, but it doubles as an exercise app, or at least a get-out-of-the-house app.
The metadata (time/location) from each captured Pokemon alone could be datamining gold for the right people, but at the same time, picture for one moment the unavoidable truth that it will also someday be used to exonerate someone
“So, Mr. Briggs, you claim that you were at the park all night, and not at the bar with the victim? What proof do you have?”
“This Vulpix.”
“Let’s go on a road trip.“ I wanted to say, "I’ll pack a toothbrush and you bring the camera. "Let’s drive to new cities where we’ve never been, and fall in love with the noise. Let’s set up camp at the bottom of a mountain; go hiking until we reach the sun. Let’s fall asleep along the beach and wake up with the ocean at our feet. "Let’s laugh at the way we get caught in the rain. Let’s kiss under a hundred trees. Let’s wake up at 5am and watch the sunrise, or wake up at 11am and let the sunrise watch us. I wanted to say, "Let’s fall in love like it’s the first time. Let’s pretend to meet again. Maybe this time we’ll be able to work things out. Maybe this time we won’t mess things up.””

“I think of you constantly. I can’t help myself. I imagine you sitting at the edge of my bed, as we create the future we desire. I visualize you standing on my doorstep at 12am, as you explain the adventure you wish to do. I think about you all the time, and I can’t help myself. But, now you’re gone, and you’re not coming back. I try to be as angry with you, as you would be if I did the same to you, but I can’t-”

I want a relationship where we can get drunk at midnight, just the two of us, and sit up talking and making out all night, and go to the beach at four in the morning. I want someone who’s down for adventure. I want someone who will go camping with me, and boating, and fishing, and travel. I want someone who wants me for life. I want passion that doesn’t burn out.
If you give me home
I will give you adventure.
It’s both we can have.
“I want you. I want you in every sense of the word. I want time with you, I want adventure with you, Hell, I want naps with you–Friends on Netflix in the background. I want your hand in my hand, Your lips on my lips, My body curving into your body; We fit together so well. I want laughter with you, I want conversation with you, Dear god, I even want arguments with you Because it means we’re together and we care. So let’s do it. Let’s make the jump Together. Take my hand And love me. Let me love you. Because you once said We could’ve lived a beautiful story, And I know now that’s the only story I want to read. I want to write A beautiful story With you.”

Tell me why, why can’t we try and start again?
This can’t be how our story ends
